Shipping & Tax Policies
Orders are processed Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time. Most in-stock orders are shipped in 1 business day of when
the order is received (no Saturday delivery). Express delivery orders received by 2 pm PT will be processed
that same business day unless otherwise notified. Orders with several pieces may not always arrive in one package.
Arrival time may vary by location however, please allow up to seven to ten business days.
During promotional times, shipping can take 5 business days. All orders within the Continental United States are shipped by
UPS. Shipping charges are based per item per selected shipping method (Standard Ground, Next day or 2nd Day delivery
excludes Saturday delivery). Orders sent to addresses in California are subject to California sales tax !!!
Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy
If you would like to return an item, send the items back to us within 30 days for a
product refund, as long as the product is in its original packaging, accompanied with
original invoice and a RMA #. All returned orders are subject to the shipping cost with no
restocking fee. BridgePad™ Company cannot be held responsible for damages caused to
items improperly packaged by customers. Return credit will be issued in the original
form of payment. All returns MUST first obtain a return merchandise authorization
number (RMA). You can get a RMA by contacting us at 800.373-8181 during our normal
office hours or email us at sales@bridgepadrf.com.
Orders cancelled before items are shipped will receive full credit.
Damaged Items
If there are any damaged items or parts when you receive your order, please contact us as soon
as possible so the issue can be resolved. We will ship you replacement parts and or items at no additional cost.
